About Ryan
Meet Ryan Drummond with Red Realty! Ryan Drummond has been a trusted and very successful Realtor for over 17 years. He started his real estate business from scratch after moving to Tennessee from California. Even in the beginning, his motivation was unmatched. From knocking on doors to open houses, he earned people's confidence. During the recession, Ryan gained experience in foreclosures and short sales. He became well known which led to an overwhelming response from other agents in the community reaching out for help with short sales. With all his hard work and listening closely to his clients’ needs, he amazingly closed over one hundred short sales. Investors continually reached out to buy, but would quickly decide to rent or flip instead. These experiences led to flipping over 50 houses and navigating the rental side of real estate. So, in 2011, he added Property Management so he could better serve his investor clients. Ryan now manages over 150 rental homes in Murfreesboro and the surrounding areas. He also has extensive home-building and development experience. As of June of 2019, The Drummond Team has closed over 500 transactions. Ryan earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
Ryan is married to Krystn Drummond, and they live in Eagleville, TN. They have three beautiful children, two of whom attend school in Eagleville. Their family is very active in their community and their church, World Outreach Church, in Murfreesboro, TN. Their hobbies include camping and spending time with family and friends.
